In Turkey tipping is very common for drivers, guides, waitress, house keeppers, receptions etc. But also there is no a rule you have to tip. If you are happy because of the services you can tip them from 5 euro till 20 euro depends your budget and your happyness. Turism busşness is a kind of service business so the employees making their life better with their tips. They will serve you better and right way if you tip them.

Since 22 years I am in this busines and as I saw people try to tip the servicers but sometimes they get sadness. When you tips anyone for their service with coins they will not be happy sometimes they will use bad words instead of  thank. better not to tip that case. But when you tip if you tip like 5-10 euros you will feel the happyness of them and you will get thank from them. After tipping you will get right informations and usefull informations for your travel.

When you are in a tour group once you get good services you can tip to the drivers and gudes. Then you will feel their kindness. Isnt it same any part of the world? The service employers always looking for their tips that makes them happy and smile

Once you beleive that you get good service and felt their kindness you can tip them. When you tip them just incase if you try to have same service you will see the diffrences. They will be always smile and try to give you better service and they will try to give you better discounts. That is the human rules I beleive that.
